Hi, I'm Michele.
I started Chele Social Content because I saw the same problem over and over: great businesses stuck with generic marketing that didn't reflect who they were or drive the results they needed.
With a background in multi-location hospitality leadership, regional management, CRM implementation, and business operations, I bring more than social media expertise to every relationship. I understand how businesses actually run — the systems, the processes, the team dynamics, and the growth challenges that don't show up in a marketing report.
What started as social media management has grown into something much bigger: a full-service boutique agency with a trusted network of Central Pennsylvania's best marketing, design, photography, web, and business professionals — all coordinated through one relationship. Yours.
