Senior guidance, without the retainer

Not every problem needs a monthly engagement. Often the team is perfectly capable and the plan is simply wrong, or you are about to spend real money and want a second opinion from someone with no stake in the outcome.

Consulting is the fastest and cheapest way to get expert judgment applied to your specific situation. If you would rather execute it yourself, we hand you the plan and get out of the way. If a session turns into a project, the session fee comes off the price.

Every format below is a fixed, published price. No proposal required, and no discovery call needed first unless you want one.

Marketing strategy consulting

$150 per hour

Ad hoc time for whatever is in front of you: channel decisions, vendor evaluation, campaign review, hiring, pricing, or a plan that needs a second opinion.

Strategy Intensive

$297

A focused ninety minute working session followed by a written action plan you can hand straight to your team. This is where most people start.

Quarterly Growth Planning Session

$497

A planning session that sets the next ninety days: priorities, budget, owners, and the metrics the quarter will be judged on.

Consulting hour blocks

3 hours $350 or 5 hours $550

Prepaid time at a reduced rate, drawn down as you need it over six months. Useful when you want someone on call rather than on retainer.

How it works

How a session runs

Send context ahead

You share the situation, the numbers, and what you have already tried, so the session starts at the real question instead of at introductions.

Working session

We work the problem live. Expect direct answers and, where it matters, disagreement with the premise rather than polite agreement.

Written plan

Within three business days you receive a written action plan: what to do, in what order, and what to stop doing.

Optional follow-up

Book more time if you want it. There is no retainer, no minimum, and no obligation to continue.

Prices for each format are listed above and are fixed rather than starting-at. If a session becomes a larger project, the session fee is credited toward it.

Nonprofit, faith-based, and community organization rates are available. Tell us about your organization and we will review it.

Sessions are booked directly, so you do not need to go through a proposal process to get time.
